Lead Vocals- Megan Browning
Megan Browning grew up in Hampton, Virginia and started singing professionally at the age of 18. She moved to Richmond to go to VCU where she majors in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Women Studies. Although music is not her major, it is her inherent passion-- and she leads The Killing Daylights with confidence and style. Her influences include Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Rhonda Vincent, Alison Krauss, Lauryn Hill, Lynn Anderson, and Sarah Vaughan.
Bass/Vocals- Chelsea Kerwath
Chelsea Kerwath started singing, songwriting, and teaching herself guitar at 14-- and was gigging regularly by 16. She has a strong ear for harmonies and a wild stage presence. Besides bass and guitar, she also plays djembe and keys with her husband and bandmate Beau Powell. Guitar/Vocals- Beau Powell
On rhythm guitar, Beau Powell has been singing and playing for over 15 years. An incredibly talented songwriter-- he's responsible for the majority of TKD's originals. Influences include The Beatles, Counting Crows, Aerosmith, The Raconteurs, Springsteen, Death Cab for Cutie, R.E.M., The Band, CSNY, The Killers, Bill Withers, and Janis Joplin. Drums- Bubba Farmer
Drummer Bubba Farmer has 23 years of playing experience and 5 years of teaching experience (Mechanicsville Music). His influences are Tommy Lee, Neil Peart, Tommy Aldridge, Mike Portnoy and John Bonham. The eqiupment he uses is Mapex Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Tama Pedals, LP Percussion and Vic Firth Sticks. A fan of all music regardless of genre-- his playing style is thunderous, explosive, and driving-- with just the right amount of touch. Bubba's also the drummer for wildly popular '80s metal cover band, Age of Excess--check them out at

Lead Guitar- Cory Dunn
Meet The Killing Daylights' newest addition, Cory Dunn! He's been playing since he was 5 years old-- and with influences like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, and Mark Tremonti-- you know he's got the goods. His leads are edgy and unique, with a clean tone that is a perfect compliment to the band's new sound. Cory is also the lead singer and guitarist for Medusa Switch, so expect some vocals from him at future TKD shows!
